Entropy @ Two Fine Irishmen, Omaha, Nebraska - July 24, 2010 (ACI Live 2010 Benefit for American Cancer Society)
August 9, 2010
First Show as Entropy
This was the band's first show as Entropy. We played for an annual benefit for the American Cancer Society organized by one of the band member's employer. The show featured 7 local acts - both amateur and professional - from the Omaha, Nebraska area.
About the band...
Entropy began in 2009 as a small project focused on the development of original music. In a relatively short time, the band has developed a dynamic repertoire of music they enjoy performing live for friends, family, and both live and original musical enthusiasts. The members of the band are a team of talented musicians, successful entrepreneurs and businessmen, dedicated family men, and - most importantly - great friends.
Entropy's major influences are amazing musicians and extremely talented bands who compose(d) timeless music from a variety of different time periods of 20th and 21st century American and British music. While enjoying the original music of Entropy, the listener will be engulfed by overtones and sounds from the likes of Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, The Grateful Dead, The Allman Brothers, The Pretenders, Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, Green Day, Nirvana, Neil Young, Johnny Cash, Chuck Berry, Mr. Blotto and many others.
